Slap screen Machine is a high precision fine powder sieving machine. The fundamental principle of round separator is that the eccentric hammers installed on the top and bottom ends of motor changes the rotation motion of motor to horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motions, and then passes this motion to screen surface, achieving the purpose of classification, filtering and removal of impurities.

We have test sieves of opening size from 3 micron to 35 mm in stocks.

There are woven mesh sieve, Perforated mesh sieve. Precision electroformed Sieves and Stainless Steel Test Sieves. 

Our test sieves following ASTM / ISO standards, 

Frame diameter: 75mm, 100mm, 200mm, 203mm, 300mm, 500mm

Users requiring further verification of opening sizes can upgrade to either Inspection or Calibration sieve
